I had an amazing stay at Boracay Tropics Resort. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my family's needs were met. They even accommodated our request for a ground floor room, which was a huge help for my mom who has difficulty walking. The manager, Bhel Teves, was exceptional in her service and made sure every detail was taken care of. She truly made our stay special! The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to White Beach and plenty of dining options nearby. it was a perfect place for a family vacation.

We had a delightful Thanksgiving break, with the staff being one of the best aspects of our stay. They were very hospitable and welcoming, making us feel at home. We also appreciated the complimentary cake and local flowers that added a nice touch to our stay. Another advantage was the location that was only a few minutes' walk from the beach, perfect for a seaside vacation.

We were disappointed that the breakfast only catered to Filipino guests, with no other options besides rice. The shower curtains in our room also had a stale smell that wasn't pleasant.
